Hi!
I just purchased a innovage digital photo keychain for my boyfriend's mom's Christmas gift. I haven't taken it out of the package, yet as I intend to download as many photos as possible prior to giving it to her (she is NOT a techie and does not own a computer)
My question is in regard to the ac adapter mentioned, yet not included. I cannot find reference anywhere on the package as to what model to purchase. As I mentioned she will not have a computer to recharge the keychain, so an adapter is crucial!
I've called the number listed on the package for tech support, but received a strange callwave type message stating the user was on the phone and to leave a message. I did so, but wonder if and when it would be returned.
Thanks for any info you can offer!
